If the cooler doesn't work on a new appliance, this is probably caused by the Super Freeze of Fast Freeze option being selected. We advise to leave this option OFF during the first 52 hours of use, as the appliance could go into "factory testmode".
If this problem persists for more than 3 days, this needs to be repaired by a technician.
