All items are supplied subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on “Confirm” on the final page of our ordering process.
If you have supplied us with your email address we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm your details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the goods ordered.
We will not ask you for any payment until we have made sure that the goods you have ordered have been processed. To make sure that you always have the highest level of security your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Delta, Switch and Solo cards. All prices include VAT and our VAT No. is 196 2439 34.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.
After you have received your goods you can return them to us within the seven day period for a refund (provided you have the “Order Summary” document) or an exchange provided the goods are unused and returned in the original packaging. The costs of returning the goods will be met by you.
The materials on this website are directed solely at those who access this website from the United Kingdom only. Orders will only be accepted from customers resident in the UK for delivery to an address in the United Kingdom. For the avoidance of doubt the territory of the United Kingdom when used on this website means the mainland territories of England, Scotland and Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands and any other offshore islands deemed to form part of the United Kingdom.
Upon receipt of your order we will, subject to availability, use our best endeavours to despatch on the next working day. Your order should arrive within 3 – 5 working days. If you require next day delivery, please contact our Customer Service dept on 01325 302464. They will be able to arrange an overnight delivery and will advise the cost for this service on request.
Delivery will be made to an address specified by you and will be made by our authorised carrier.
We reserve the right to delivery your order in instalments. Where your order is the subject matter of more than one delivery you will only be asked to pay a single delivery charge to cover the whole of the order.
Each order is subject to the payment of a one-off delivery charge of £4.25.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
