Have you ever seen a car with 4 wheels but only 2 work?

That's right! This hob has 4 rings but you can only use two at the same time on opposite sides. As the majority of customers say, you would think that you having 4 rings you can use all of them but no. What's the point? Why is this not mentioned as a disclaimer before purchasing? Otherwise I'm happy with cooking/boiling speeds but still can't give more than 2 stars...

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the design/how your product works.
If you feel that your appliance is not working to specification and requires a repair then you are entitled to have an engineer inspect and repair your appliance under the terms of the warranty; however I must advise that should the engineer find no fault with the appliance then you may be charged.

However if you are unhappy with the appliance despite it being in full working order, we find this disheartening to know that a customer is not fully satisfied with their appliance; in this case I must advise that you contact your retailer for further assistance on this matter.

Should you wish to arrange for an engineer to inspect this appliance may I kindly ask you to contact our consumer care department on 03445 612 612 once connected please choose options three and then four.

Really disappointing

I can't believe how slow this hob is...it's supposed to be fast but it's the exact opposite. A poor introduction to induction cooking, I wish I'd gone for a ceramic hob now. Also, adjusting temperature is a bit clumsy and clunky. But it does look good and is easy to clean.

Do not buy !

Do not buy ! You can only cook with 2 rings no point point having an option to have four hobs when it doesn't work terrible !! Honest brand new kitchen and a hob that only half works .. should not be able to sell !!

£309 pound induction Hob and only worked 18 months

Two cooking zones of this induction hob stopped working at 18 months, I contacted the Zanussi service and they told me that I had to pay for the repair, this seems to me to be a very expensive appliance for one and a half years of function.
I will have to buy another brand of better prestige because I do not want my new kitchen burned by this product without any guarantee of the brand
