Some days it's ok and some days - not. I've never burnt anything in an oven until this one, sometimes the top and bottom are burnt and the inside isn't cooked. The temperature varies wildly - it runs to hot but if I adjust accordingly then it performs accurately and my pastry, cake etc isn't done and flops. And don't get me started on the size ! Alright if you're cooking budgies or chops, but forget a Christmas turkey. I 'd go for a single oven next time just to get the capacity - this one came with the kitchen and frankly is a dead loss.
