Unfortunately we went on a holiday and a week after the fridge had been installed it and the freezer stopped working and we had to bin over a £100 worth of food - Zanussi unable to come out to repair for over 3 weeks, stating it was parts that needed ordering but no one had even been to look at it

The service engineer endeavour to repair the product as quickly as possible in order to restore the appliance to working condition. However, they will need to order the necessary parts to do so.
