I purchased my integrated dishwasher 2 years ago. As a dishwasher, when it was working it was good. Quiet, quick wash and I liked the automatic door opening at the end of the wash. A fault developed recently but as it is outside of the 12 month warranty, Zanussi are not interested. I was offered a choice of them coming out to have at look at fixing it for £130 and if not fixable the charge would be £60 and I'd get to keep my broken machine so not really a solution. I paid £400 for the machine. I didn't go for a cheap brand. I went for a brand that I thought was good quality. Quite simply, if a good quality product fails after 2 years, it was clearly not fit for purpose and was faulty at the point of manufacture. I am horrified that this is how Zanussi treats its customers. Around the same time, I purchased a Zanussi washing machine. However, I will never buy or recommend Zanussi again.
