Zanussi Product Registration Prize Draw
The product registration prize draw (hereafter referred to as “The Prize Draw”) is promoted by Electrolux plc (company no. 2331516) whose registered office is at Addington Way, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU4 9QQ.
Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Electrolux plc and their close relatives.
Entry in to The Prize Draw period starts at midnight 19th November 2018 and closes at 23:59 on 31st January 2019. Any product registrations before or after this period will not be considered.
Entry Process
Participants that register any Electrolux product within the UK at: https://www.zanussi.co.uk/my-zanussi/register-your-product/ during The Prize Draw period will be entered in to The Prize Draw.
No purchase is necessary to enter The Prize Draw.
Incomplete, incorrect or otherwise invalid entries will not be considered.
Electrolux Plc reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the all participants.
Bad faith & fraudulent entries will be invalidated.
Electrolux Plc reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Electrolux Plc’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Electrolux Plc.
Electrolux Plc is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
Prizes
The prize for the winner of the draw is an Induction Pan Set.
Delivery of your prize will be arranged by Electrolux plc.
The prize is not transferable, subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Electrolux Plc will contact the winner to determine where the prize needs to be delivered.
The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The winners’ name will be available for 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: Ownership@electrolux.com.
An Electrolux plc representative will randomly select the winner of the competition after the closing date from all the valid entries received.
Electrolux plc shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions.
Electrolux plc also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
Privacy and Data Protection
Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual’s prior consent unless to fulfil any requirements of The Prize Draw.
General
Electrolux Plc’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
