Lamb Meatball & Goats Cheese Pizza Naan


2 naan bread

250g lamb mince

1 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp smoked paprika

½ tbsp. allspice

100g soft goats’ cheese

2 red onions

1 tbsp caster sugar

Tomato purée



1. Mix lamb mince and spices and roll into balls.


2. Add a knob of butter to a frying pan.


3. Slice the red onion and soften on a low-medium heat, stir in caster sugar and caramelise.


4. Spread tomato purée on naan bread, top with the meatballs, goats’ cheese and caramelised onion.


5.Using the Pizza Oven setting, bake at 180°C for 15-18 minutes.
